As a Valet Parking Attendant, you’re not just transporting and securing guest vehicles – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Embassy Suites by Hilton Sacramento Riverfront Promenade is looking for a Valet Parking Attendant to join the team!

Our hotel overlooks the Sacramento River, next to the iconic Tower Bridge. We're within a 10-minute walk of the Old Sacramento Waterfront District and events at the Golden 1 Center. Local art throughout the hotel depicts Sacramento history and life along the river. Our hotel has recently gone through a renovation that is something to see and work in. This is a great position for those looking to break into the hospitality industry. Our property has 242 guest suites with over 9,800 square feet of event space and 11 meeting rooms.

Shift Pattern: Varied; Mid-Overnight (2pm - 7am)

The ideal candidate will possess:

A minimum of six (6) months of guest service experience, preferably in valet and hospitality

A minimum of six (6) months of customer service experience

A clean driving record

Ability to effectively communicate in English

Ability to drive both automatic and manual

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Support seamless arrivals and departures: Collect keys, issue claim tickets, and transport guest vehicles safely and efficiently between the hotel driveway and designated parking areas
• Handle guest belongings with care: Assist with luggage and retrieve items from vehicles upon request
• Delight our guests: Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions, respond promptly to inquiries, and resolve any issues in a friendly, efficient manner
