You will play a key role in shaping our product strategy, working seamlessly across remote engineering teams, and collaborating with stakeholders in both startup and enterprise environments. Vertice's proprietary dataset of pricing benchmarks means that we are primed to take advantage of the coming agentic AI wave. You will be at the forefront of building AI solutions that answer the needs of our customers. If you are proactive, highly organized, and an exceptional communicator, we’d love to hear from you.Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals.Collaborate with remote engineering teams, designers, and stakeholders to define and execute the product roadmap.Leverage your technical background to bridge the gap between business needs and engineering execution.Engage closely with customers and internal teams to gather insights and continuously improve product performance.Work effectively in both startup and large-scale corporate environments, adapting processes to fit the organization’s needs.Ensure seamless communication across cross-functional teams, acting as the central point of coordination.Drive efficiency and organization in product development, managing priorities and timelines effectively.Skills & Experience:Proven experience as a Product Manager working on B2B products (preferably in fintech or operations).Strong technical background (e.g., software development, engineering, or related field).Experience in implementing AI-driven products or AI agents is advantageous but not a mandatory requirement.Experience working in both startup and enterprise environments, with the ability to adapt to different ways of working.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across distributed teams.Hands-on approach with a proactive mindset—comfortable rolling up your sleeves to get things done.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Experience working with remote engineering teams, ensuring smooth execution and alignment.Why join Vertice?Be a part of a fast-growing, innovative startup that is...
