We are looking for an experienced Change Management Communications Professional acting as the change catalyst for the Airbus Defence and Space Security Function. The ambition for this role is to set up a robust change framework that embraces:

Complexity of interfaces
With the ultimate goal to Embracing the inverted organizational structure Fostering sustainable improvement and change, whilst empowering employees to do so
- At working/ operational level: Implement a change management plan to all TXV and the intermediate interfaces.
- Complexity of working environment.
- Contribution to cross-divisional corporate securty transformation - mainly in Physical security. Ensure Change drivers are succesfully implemented and understood to the entire corporate secuity org. Derive Customised change solutions on site levels based on specific cultures.
Main Accountabilities
Change Management Process
- Provide guidance on the overall surveys framework to be used by the business (ADKAR, ICAP,...)
- Set up and roll out the BUs ADKAR surveys (preparation and restitution of the results)
- Communication of the results and action plan to the IT board of the workers council
- Technical expertise in survey and dashboard tools and advisor for users in tool application
- Consultation and coordination with the transformation actors of the Business Units, the division and the IT board of the workers council
- Set up the change management framework for security that is sustainable.
- Perform CM awareness and webinars on the change management plan for corporate security.
Strategic Divisional projects / BUs transformation
- In collaboration with the necessary stakeholders, implement the change and communication plan for strategic divisional projects or Business Unit transformations, together with the rest of the team. This involves deploying solutions like webinars and on-site workshops. The solutions deployed impact the division or business unit level and support the implementation of the strategic goals for the BU/Division.
- The work involves a diversity of challenges because these solutions are deployed across multiple sites, each with its own unique business context.
- Effective communication and coordination with Heads of Site and HR Business Leaders (or Heads of HR) is essential for successful solution deployment.
Sites' development
- Support the site's development change plan by providing the framework, solutions, and hands-on support to the Head of Site and the site development team.
What you bring for the role
- You speak German and English on negotiation level, ideally French as well
- You have a university degree in business administration, general management, communication or similar
- You are experienced in crisis and issue management
- You have experience in transformation and change topics in large enterprises
- You are interested in new technologies, digitalization and change topics
- Change Management Expertise: Profound experience in applying change management frameworks, specifically the ADKAR model (Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability, Reinforcement) as well as expertise in change communication, organisational and digital change topics.
- Strategic Communication Planning: Proven competence in creating and implementing communication plans for complex transformation projects at the divisional or business unit level.
- Project Management: Experience in setting up projects and delivering OTOCOQ, ideally transnationally in a complex environment.
- Methodological Knowledge: Experience with frameworks such as ICAP, as well as in conducting change awareness webinars and workshops.
- Analytical Skills: Expertise in using survey and dashboard tools to evaluate and prepare results (e.g., ADKAR surveys).
- Framework Design: Ability to establish a robust and sustainable change management framework for the Security function from scratch.
- Interface Management: Experience in coordinating complex interfaces at the operational level and working with high-level stakeholders, such as Heads of Site and HR Business Leaders. Ideally, you are familiar with facilitating
- Cross-site Implementation: Competence in deriving customized change solutions for various sites, taking into account specific local cultures.
- Stakeholder Management: Strong consulting and coordination skills, particularly in collaborating with transformation actors. You are a strong communicator and able to influence people with a hands-on mentality.
- Empowerment Mentality: Ability to empower teams to master and sustainably adopt new ways of working.
- Cultural Sensitivity: Understanding of different business contexts and the ability to adapt change measures accordingly.
- Corporate Security: Basic understanding of the transformation of Corporate Security (Physical Security) and its impact on the organization.
