Your Impact in Spartanburg As a Human Resources Manager, you will lead HR support for our Spartanburg K-Cup and AltaRounds manufacturing operations (SPG 1 & SPG 2). Serving as a visible and trusted advisor to site leadership, you will bring a deep understanding of the business and translate priorities into practical, high-impact people solutions. As a key member of the leadership team, you will influence decisions that strengthen organizational capability, shape culture, and drive business performance. Equally comfortable on the manufacturing floor and in leadership discussions, you will build strong relationships with frontline employees and leaders alike, helping create an environment where employees can grow, perform, and thrive. This role is ideal for a leader who is energized by being close to the operation, understanding what drives engagement and performance, and partnering with leaders to deliver an exceptional employee experience. Your Responsibilities will Include: Serve as the primary HR business partner to site leadership, helping drive team effectiveness and business performance. Build strategic partnerships across the organization to support the execution of business objectives. Coach and elevate leaders on all aspects of leadership, performance management, and employee relations. Drive talent strategies including workforce planning, onboarding, development, retention, and engagement. Leverage data and insights to diagnose issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions. Partner with COEs (Talent, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Compliance) to enable integrated HR solutions. Ensure consistent application of policies and practices in compliance with local, state, and federal laws. Lead and manage employee and labor relations matters, including investigations and issue resolution. Execute and continuously improve HR processes to enhance efficiency and improve employee experience. Lead high-impact HR initiatives that advance site and organizational priorities. Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field (or equivalent experience); Master's preferred 7+ years of progressive HR experience in fast-paced, matrixed environments Experience supporting manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain populations strongly preferred Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) Ability to navigate ambiguity and operate effectively in a complex, rapidly changing business environment Experience leading projects that require cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder alignment
