As a Engineering Technician – Level 2 - Level 3 located in Magna, UT, you’ll be a linchpin in missions of paramount importance, defining the art of the possible from day one.This position is 100% onsite and cannot accommodate telecommute work.We are excited for you to join our team of qualified and diverse individuals. Our domain provides rewarding work that contributes to the latest advancements being made in the aerospace and defense industry.This position will work a 4/10 schedule, with the possibility to work overtime as needed.Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:Candidate will be required to review and implement test plans, drawings, specifications, and planning in support of various development projects and production.Skills needed include strong working knowledge and experience in majority of the following areas: sample fabrication and installation, operation of specialized operating equipment and tooling, handling operations, and safe use of various chemicals and bonding compounds.Ordering supplies as needed from vendors or other sources. Implementation of continuous improvement using 5S and Lean Manufacturing principles will be required.Job function requires use of standard computer skills including Microsoft Office, CAD and other software programs.Knowledge and skill in using hand tools, lathes, drills, saws, and other tools.Excellent customer service and organization skills are a must.Other duties as assignedWhy you?
