We're looking for a Customer Logistics Coordinator to join our Logistics Operations team. Acting as the primary operational contact for customer shipment requests, you'll manage the end-to-end coordination of domestic and international life sciences shipments, ensuring they move safely, compliantly, and efficiently across the globe.
Reporting to the Logistics Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer experiences while collaborating with carriers, suppliers, customs partners, and internal operational teams to ensure successful shipment outcomes.

Acting as the primary operational contact for customer shipment requests, you'll manage the end-to-end coordination of domestic and international life sciences shipments, ensuring they move safely, compliantly, and efficiently across the globe.
Reporting to the Logistics Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer experiences while collaborating with carriers, suppliers, customs partners, and internal operational teams to ensure successful shipment outcomes.
Responsibilities will include:
- Act as the primary contact for customer shipment requests and enquiries.
- Build strong relationships through proactive communication and excellent service.
- Provide timely shipment updates and manage customer expectations throughout the shipment lifecycle.
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments from booking through to final delivery.
- Arrange transport, customs activities, carrier bookings, and supporting logistics services.
- Ensure shipment milestones and service levels are achieved.
- Proactively monitor shipments, resolve operational issues, and escalate exceptions when required.
- Ensure all shipment documentation meets customs, regulatory, and company requirements.
- Support import and export activities across assigned regions.
What You’ll Bring:
- Strong knowledge of international shipping processes, import/export operations, and shipment coordination.
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
- Strong organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint
Desirable:
- Experience within pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences logistics.
- Dangerous Goods knowledge.
- Customs tariff classification experience
