This role focuses on enabling efficient delivery processes, supporting Agile best practices, and ensuring alignment between business objectives, timelines, and customer expectations. The individual will act as a facilitator, coach, and coordinator, helping teams remove obstacles and continuously improve their delivery performance in a complex, data-driven environment. ## What you’ll do * Coordinate project delivery using Agile methodologies such as Scrum and SAFe * Facilitate key Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement * Ensure backlog readiness by working closely with team members to clarify requirements and align priorities * Define timelines, monitor progress, and manage risks to ensure delivery commitments are achieved * Support teams by identifying and removing impediments impacting delivery * Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams and ensure effective internal communication * Use visualisation tools and delivery data to manage workflows and track progress * Ensure adherence to Agile principles and frameworks while promoting continuous improvement * Support conflict resolution and encourage a constructive team environment * Produce delivery forecasts and progress reports based on performance metrics * Contribute to the Agile community by sharing knowledge and promoting best practices * Facilitate customer-facing meetings and provide updates on delivery progress ## Who you are * Experienced in IT or telecommunications operations with a track record of delivering results * Proven experience working as a Scrum Master within software development environments * Strong understanding of Agile frameworks including Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban * Familiarity with DevOps practices and continuous integration/delivery environments, ideally in public cloud * Confident in working collaboratively across diverse, cross-cultural teams * Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal * Skilled in problem-solving and managing dependencies across teams * Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities * Organised and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment * Comfortable working within business-critical operations and ensuring high-quality delivery ## Not a perfect fit?
