What is The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to join our Billing team. You will work closely with customers to provide precise and timely invoices while also collaborate with different teams to ensure a smooth billing process end to end. In this role, you will become an integral part of our team, supporting the essential functions of billing operations and contributing to the overall efficiency of our processes. We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented and enjoys working with numbers, as you'll manage billing data and help ensure accuracy across various platforms. - Verify the accuracy of sales orders prior to processing invoices.
- Address any discrepancies with customers and coordinate with other departments to address billing issues.
- Upload invoices into various portals to ensure proficient operations.
- Test automation tools to improve and streamline billing operations.
- Collaborate with team members to design and implement process enhancements that boost efficiency.
- Manage billing case inquiries and actively track their resolution progress. Analyze case data to identify patterns and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address any questions and document case details to maintain correct records for reporting.
- Keeping internal documents up to date and maintenance of internal SOP's
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 2+ years with billing operations and invoice processing systems
- SFDC and NetSuite experience is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Spreadsheet- VLOOKUP, pivot tables, analysis
- Accustomed to working with case management system
- Experience with customer billing dispute resolution
- Ability to co-ordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize process workflows
- Proficient communication skills, both verbal and written and attention to detail
- Creative problem solving skills
- Capacity to work autonomously and prioritize in distributed, dynamic environment
