You'll work at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product, designing workflows, integrating tools, and leveraging AI to eliminate manual work, build internal intelligence and unlock better decision-making.If you're excited by APIs, automation, AI agents, data, and solving business problems with technology, this role is for you.What you’ll doBuild and optimise the systems powering Cubbit's go-to-market engine.Design AI-powered workflows and automations that improve productivity across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships.Connect tools through APIs, integrations, and no-code/low-code platforms to create seamless business processes.Turn commercial data into actionable insights by building dashboards, reports, and performance metrics.Help maintain a clean, reliable, and scalable data architecture across our GTM stack.Experiment with AI, LLMs, and emerging technologies to automate repetitive tasks and improve decision-making.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks and engineer scalable operational solutions.Evaluate, implement, and continuously improve new GTM technologies.What you’ll needA degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).Strong analytical thinking and a passion for solving complex problems.Basic programming skills (Python, JavaScript, SQL, or similar).Familiarity with APIs and how modern SaaS platforms exchange data.Curiosity about AI, automation, and modern software ecosystems.Ability to learn new technologies quickly and independently.Strong communication skills and fluency in English.Bonus pointExperience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRM platforms.Hands-on experience with automation platforms.Experience with modern AI-native GTM tools such as Clay, n8n, Make, OpenAI APIs, and similar workflow automation platforms.Experience using LLMs, AI agents, or prompt engineering to automate workflows.Familiarity with BI and analytics tools such as Metabase, Power BI, Looker Studio, or Tableau.Experience working with SQL databases or data pipelines.Personal projects, hackathons, internships, or open-source contributions related to automation, AI, or software development.Exposure to B2B SaaS, RevOps, or commercial operations.Other languages: Italian, German, Spanish, FrenchProfile and mindsetObsessive attention to detail: You’re meticulous in ensuring that your work is of the highest quality.Collaborative mindset: You understand that complex systems are built best together.Curious by nature and excited to understand how businesses scale.Builder mentality—you enjoy improving systems and making processes more efficient.Detail-oriented without losing sight of the bigger picture.Comfortable working across technical and business teams.Proactive, resourceful, and eager to take ownership of your work.Data-driven and motivated by measurable impact.Collaborative, humble, and always willing to learn.Excited about working in a fast-growing deep-tech startup where experimentation and continuous improvement are...
