This role is ideal for someone interested in learning EDI processes, SAP integrations, and business-to-business communication technologies.Key Responsibilities:•    Assist with EDI transaction monitoring and basic issue tracking.•    Help maintain EDI documentation and process records.•    Work with SAP and EDI teams to resolve routine issues.•    Participate in testing and validation of EDI transactions.•    Learn EDI standards and business processes.•    Coordinate with Business users on EDI issuesQualifications: •    Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Skills: •    Basic understanding of ERP’s, databases, and business applications.•    Good analytical and communication skills.•    Willingness to learn EDI, SAP, and supply chain processes.About UsEaton is an intelligent power management company dedicated to protecting the environment and improving the quality of life for people everywhere.
