The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of product analytics, strong problem-solving skills, and experience working with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives.As a Senior Product Analytics Associate, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and clinical operations.Roles and Responsibilities:Define, track, and report on product metrics including performance and profitabilityBuild and maintain robust data transformation models using dbt (or similar frameworks like Dataform or SQL-based ETL tools) to ensure analytics-ready datasetsBuild and maintain Power BI dashboards to track product health and monitor the success of product initiativesDesign and interpret A/B tests; when A/B testing is not feasible, apply causal inference methods (e.g., Diff-in-Diff, Propensity Score Matching) to determine product efficacy.Develop ROI projections for analytics projects to prioritize deliverables by business impactTell compelling stories through data, articulating technical information to a non-technical audienceBasic Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Statistics, Data Science, CS, Engineering, or related)5+ years of experience in a technical product analytics or data science roleExperience with dbt (Data Build Tool) or similar analytics engineering tools, including version control (Git)Experience with A/B testing, funnel analysis, and statistical methods (regression, clustering, or predictive modeling).Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with Python or RExperience working with data engineering teams to develop data pipelinesPreferred Qualifications:Power BI experienceFamiliarity with advanced causal inference techniques (e.g., instrumental variables)Anticipated Weekly Hours40Time TypeFull timePay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$92,700.00 - $185,400.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  Our people fuel our future.
