We are seeking candidates who model our values: invest in every relationship, lead with curiosity, champion diverse perspectives, turn inputs into actions, and uphold trust through integrity.Skills and Competencies3–5 years of software development experience, ideally with exposure to cloud-based data engineeringStrong programming skills in Python, SQL, and PySparkBasic understanding of cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure and FabricExperience in building agentic AI workflows is a plusInterest in learning and working with Agentic AI frameworks like LangChain, Copilot Studio, and Microsoft AI servicesFamiliarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelinesSolid understanding of SDLC processes and Agile methodologiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a curious and self-learning mindsetGood communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and understand business objectivesEducation Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical fieldResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and optimize data pipelines and cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure and Fabric, including Fabric Lakehouse, Data Pipelines, Dataflows Gen2, and OneLakeDesign and development of AI agent workflows using LangChain, Copilot Studio, or Microsoft AI frameworksWrite clean, maintainable, and well-documented code in Python, PySpark, and SQLParticipate in code reviews and ensure adherence to secure coding and best practicesCollaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into software and AI solutionsLearn and experiment with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and tools to expand agentic AI capabilitiesTroubleshoot issues in data pipelines or AI workflows and implement reliable solutionsContribute to CI/CD processes and manage code repositories in GitHub or Azure DevOpsSupport mentorship and knowledge sharing within the team, particularly around Agentic AI concepts and data engineering best practicesDemonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
