You'll work directly with our pitmaster and line crew to grill, slice, and plate Santa Maria-style tri-tip, smoked links, ribs, and sides during high-volume lunch and dinner service. We're looking for someone reliable, fast-moving, and obsessive about temp control and consistency. Prior line, grill, or BBQ experience is a strong plus, but we'll train the right person who shows up on time and takes the craft seriously. Schedule is flexible and we work with school and second-job schedules where we can.
