We are seeking candidates who model our values: invest in every relationship, lead with curiosity, champion diverse perspectives, turn inputs into actions, and uphold trust through integrity. Skills and Competencies2–4 years of experience in fulfillment operations, technical support, or a data operations role requiring analysis and problem resolutionStrong technical aptitude with experience in CRM systems (Salesforce is preferred) and the ability to interpret data relationships across platformsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data validation, reconciliation, and managing structured templatesDemonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment, prioritize competing requests, and resolve issues with limited supervisionStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with meticulous attention to detailEducationMaster's degree or MBA in finance/ Operations, or a related discipline--or equivalent professional experienceResponsibilitiesIndependently manage complex client access and data integrity across Salesforce and internal fulfillment platformsManage user access and entitlements across Salesforce and multiple internal platforms, executing both manual and bulk user provisioningAnalyze and configure client trial and production access by interpreting contract terms and entitlement rules, exercising sound judgment to resolve ambiguitiesServe as a primary point of contact for access-related issues, liaising with Sales, Customer Success, and internal stakeholders to determine appropriate resolution pathsPerform technical troubleshooting of access and entitlement issues by reviewing system logs, validating data flows, and coordinating with support teams when escalation is requiredContribute to the continuous improvement of fulfillment processes by identifying control gaps or inefficiencies and collaborating with technology teams on scalable solutionsParticipate in testing and validation of new system enhancements, including executing test scenarios and documenting findings to support production deploymentsAbout the teamOur Fulfillment team is responsible for managing client access and ensuring data integrity across our core business platforms.
