The day is often spent collaborating with various stakeholders to develop and implement innovative, industry-specific, or function-specific technology solutions that align with organizational goals and market trends. The role demands a proactive approach to understanding evolving technology landscapes and tailoring recommendations to meet diverse business needs effectively.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and deployment of technology strategies that support enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
- Facilitate communication and alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and fostering a collaborative learning environment.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Platform as a Service Providers (PaaS).
- Strong understanding of cloud computing architectures and service models related to Platform as a Service.
- Experience in evaluating and recommending platform solutions based on business requirements and cost considerations.
- Ability to analyze complex technology environments and identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.
- Skilled in developing and implementing technology assets tailored to specific industries or business functions.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
