Home Senior System Support Specialist – Coupa 5+ years Bangalore Full-Time Position SummaryThis role is responsible for the ongoing support, configuration, and optimization of Client’s Coupa platform, with a focus on Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes. You will partner closely with Finance, Procurement, and Technology teams to ensure the stability, integrity, and continuous improvement of Coupa capabilities, including requisitions, purchase orders, invoicing, supplier enablement, and integrations.What You Will DoProvide day-to-day functional support for the Coupa platform, including incident triage and issue resolutionConfigure and maintain Coupa modules supporting end-to-end P2P processesMonitor application performance and data integrityPerform root cause analysis and implement sustainable fixesSupport supplier enablement, catalog management, and invoicing workflowsPartner with stakeholders on system enhancements and improvementsSupport UAT, releases, and go-live readinessDevelop reporting and dashboards for operational insightsWhat We Are Looking ForStrong experience supporting Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processesExperience with incident, problem, and change managementAbility to translate business requirements into system configurationsExperience supporting UAT and defect managementUnderstanding of integrations and data flowsWhat You Will Bring5+ years of experience in application support with a focus on Coupa or similar platformsHands-on Coupa experience including requisitioning, purchasing, invoicing, and workflowsStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to analyze data, logs, and perform basic queriesExperience working in structured service management environmentsBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or equivalent Required Skills P2P coupa Apply for this job Share with someone awesome View all job openings
