We offer a flexible hybrid work model, encourage ownership and continuous learning, and give every team member the opportunity to make a real impact on both the product and the company.ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and grow a high-performing Full-Stack development team.Design and build scalable backend services and modern web applications.Build software solutions for both Cloud and Onboard environments.Own features end-to-end, from architecture and implementation to production.Drive architectural decisions and engineering best practices.Improve system performance, scalability, reliability, and observability.Collaborate closely with Product, AI, and DevOps teams to deliver impactful solutions.Requirements7+ years of Full-Stack development experience.3+ years of experience leading software development teams.Proven experience building AI-powered products or systems.Strong experience with Node.js, TypeScript, React (preferred) or Angular, NestJS (or a similar framework), MySQL, MongoDB, Microservices, Kafka/MQTT, AWS, Docker, Git, and CI/CD.Experience designing and building distributed systems.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
