This role drives predictive and preventive maintenance programs while supporting operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.Why This Role MattersThis position plays a critical role in maximizing asset reliability, improving operational performance, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements across the facility.What You'll DoLead reliability initiatives to improve equipment performance and reduce downtime.Drive predictive and preventive maintenance programs across all assets.Focus on Industrial Equipment Lubrication.Monitor and improve reliability KPIs, including MTTR, MTBF, PM compliance, and equipment uptime.Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.Lead root cause analysis and reliability improvement initiatives.Partner with Operations and Maintenance teams to optimize asset performance.Provide technical leadership and guidance on reliability best practices.Support continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.6+ years of experience in reliability, maintenance, or asset management within manufacturing.Strong knowledge of predictive and preventive maintenance methodologies.Experience with reliability tools such as RCA and RCM.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.What Will Set You ApartExperience leading reliability improvement programs.Background in continuous improvement and asset optimization.Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.#LI-SN1Goodyear is one of the world's largest tire companies.
