Join us on the journey to a better urban life! Internship Opportunity: We are excited to offer an internship opportunity in our Customer Excellence Global team, starting in September 2026. As an intern, you will play an integral role supporting our tandem accounts and client relationships, with a focus on Turkish and EU markets, based in Stuttgart. What You Will Do: Managing our HubSpot customer relationship management system back end for Turkish and other tandem accounts: finding and verifying contacts, handling email follow-ups, organising meetings, and preparing offers together with the manager. Setting up and running HubSpot campaigns and sequences to book qualified meetings for the manager to pitch BABLE services. Assembling and tailoring offers and proposals for warm prospects. Providing climate funding or market research where it helps frame an offer or open a conversation. Support for our climate finance advisory projects, plus other potential project delivery. What We Expect from You: We're looking for exceptional individuals who share our passion for sustainability and client relationships. If this is you, here's what we expect: A “can-do” attitude! A mandatory internship as part of your curriculum is required. Native Turkish and fluent English (our working language) — required. Current enrolment in a master's degree in a relevant field. Comfortable and accurate working in a CRM. Organised and detail-oriented. Strong communicator, both written and verbal — comfortable with email, documentation, and leading conversations in meetings.Self-starter who can run a campaign with light supervision. Your Profile: Master's student in sustainability, energy, urban planning, or climate. A business, management, or economics programme with a strong climate interest is also a good fit. Prior experience with HubSpot or another CRM is a plus. Familiarity with EU funding programmes such as ERDF, Horizon Europe, ELENA, or Cohesion Funds is a plus. Fluent English is required. Turkish language or strong knowledge of Turkish markets is highly preferred. Additional European languages are a bonus.Comfort using AI tools in a professional/research context is a plus. Tools & Domain Knowledge: HubSpot is the core tool we'll be using (experience is a plus, not a must). General comfort with email outreach and basic spreadsheet work for list building. Helpful domain knowledge includes smart cities, climate and sustainability topics, and public sector funding landscapes. Language Proficiency Required: Native Turkish plus fluent English as the working language.
