As a Solutions Analyst III in Commercial & Investment Bank, you will aid in bridging the gap between product owners, business, operations, and software developers by leveraging your technical fluency and strong analytical reasoning skills. Job responsibilities
- Uses enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to accelerate requirements synthesis, solution optioning, and architecture documentation, validating outputs and handling data according to sensitivity and security requirements
- Elicit and document comprehensive business and data flow requirements by engaging with product owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure alignment and feasibility
- Translate complex business requirements into well-structured technical solutions, leveraging data analytics and technical knowledge to optimize system performance and scalability
- Conduct in-depth data analysis and interpretation to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, providing actionable insights that support decision-making and key business initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain architecture designs, policies, standards, and governance processes that align technology with business strategy
- Continuously enhance technical knowledge and stay current with industry trends, ensuring the application of best practices and innovative solutions to address evolving business needs
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in solutions analysis, technical program delivery, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to support solutions analysis workflows with strong validation habits and awareness of data sensitivity
- Ability to review and validate AI-assisted analyses and recommendations before use, escalating when uncertain and following data handling expectations
- Demonstrated proficiency in data analytics, including experience with data extraction, modeling, and interpretation to support strategic decision-making
- Strong technical writing skills, with a proven track record of translating complex information into clear and concise documentation for diverse stakeholder audiences
- Advanced knowledge of data fluency, including experience in handling large, diverse data sets and generating insights to drive business objectives
- Serve as a key contributor within Agile Scrum teams, participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Create and manage Epics, Features, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and Defect tickets using Jira, ensuring traceability from requirements through delivery
- Collaborate with Product Owners and delivery teams to prioritize work, manage sprint commitments, and track progress against release milestones
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Working knowledge of payments ecosystems and transaction lifecycles, including concepts such as payment initiation, settlement, reconciliation, and exception handling
- Business Analyst experience with Payments knowledge/background
- Experience writing technical documents
