## What you’ll do:
Manage maintenance area resources to ensure the availability, operation and reliability of process machinery, service equipment and infrastructure by generating preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance plans that ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and customer requirements in accordance with EHS and Quality Management Systems.
Job Responsibilities
1\. Ensure the availability of critical service machinery and equipment (water treatment plant, compressors, fire protection system, gas station, electrical substations, emergency plants) at the ECHI plant by coordinating and allocating the necessary resources for the Maintenance department.
2\. Develop and ensure the execution of preventive and predictive maintenance plans to reduce corrective maintenance.
3\. Ensure compliance with maintenance objectives and generate action plans when they are off target.
4\. Report the performance of maintenance plans weekly through a Power BI report.
5\. Manage the maintenance budget and allocate resources to process machinery, service equipment, and plant infrastructure to contribute to meeting FLEX Productivity Metrics.
6\. Oversee major maintenance to ensure that health and safety requirements are met and that planned activities are carried out. 7. Generate a monthly report (Score Card) with maintenance metrics and report the status of service equipment weekly.
8\. Develop and ensure the implementation of processes under their responsibility related to the corporate requirements of the Eaton Business System (EBS) such as BCM, EQMS, MESH, ELSS, etc., and the EHS and Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001/ISO 14001).
9\. Ensure compliance with the goal of zero safety incidents in the areas under their responsibility and manage the necessary controls to minimize risks and unsafe conditions in the plant, in coordination with the production and EHS areas.
10\. Develop organizational capabilities within their team to foster ongoing talent development, foster a culture of diversity and inclusion, improve staff ownership, and achieve organizational objectives. 11. Manage preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance services with external suppliers and contractors to ensure the proper operation and availability of plant machinery, service equipment, and infrastructure.
12\. Control and manage the maintenance spare parts warehouse to ensure the necessary spare parts are available to perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on plant machinery.
13\. Execute capital projects under their responsibility, create new proposals, and champion new technologies for operations.
14\. Adhere to policies and procedures based on applicable management systems (EQMS, MESH Authorized Economic Operator (AEO), ATEX and IEC Ex guidelines, as applicable, and ISO-9001:2015 and ISO14001:2015 standards) to comply with the Management System (MS).
## Qualifications:
Education level required
\- Electrical Mechanical Engineer, Industrial Mechanical Engineer, Mechatronics Engineer or similar
