Client Legal Administrator - Corporate Services

Hours: Full-time, 40h/week
The salary range for this specific role will be € 50.000 – € 60.000 gross per year.
The final salary will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, and role scope, in line with our objective and gender-neutral compensation framework.

As a Client Legal Administrator you play a critical role in the success of our business. You will be part of a dynamic and fast-growing team of fund experts.
You will have the opportunity to work and collaborate with some of the best minds in fund services. You will oversee a diverse range of administrative and financial responsibilities for our international fund clients, primarily operating in the Alternative Investment Fund sphere (Private Equity, Real Estate, Venture Capital, Debt, Infrastructure, etc.).
Some of the things you’ll be doing
- Take ownership of a diverse client portfolio, building strong relationships as a trusted advisor to both existing and prospective clients
- Demonstrate strong agility in delegating tasks effectively while coaching and developing junior team members
- Navigate and interpret complex legal, regulatory, and procedural frameworks to unlock valuable legal and tax opportunities for clients
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients on legal, corporate, and administrative matters
- Coordinate key transactions such as incorporations, dissolutions, bank account openings, and legalizations, liaising with notaries, authorities, advisors, and financial institutions
- Play a key role in maintaining compliance by supporting and performing KYC processes, with a strong focus on AML and counter-terrorism financing requirements
- Contribute to the growth of the business by actively supporting business development and promoting the firm’s services
- Be an integral part of a high-performing team, helping to strengthen and uphold the firm’s reputation for excellence
What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in law or an equivalent qualification
- Have at least 2 years of relevant experience in Luxembourg, ideally within a corporate service provider, bank, or other financial services institution
- Be fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are an asset
- Demonstrate a genuine passion for their work and a strong sense of responsibility, as well as the ability to delegate tasks and coach more junior team members

- Be driven, enthusiastic, flexible, and highly engaged
- Possess strong organizational and time management skills, with a conscientious and detail-oriented approach
