We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic TGT Chemistry to teach middle and secondary school students (Grades VI–X). The ideal candidate should possess strong conceptual knowledge of Chemistry, be passionate about science education, and create an engaging classroom environment that promotes curiosity, experimentation, and scientific thinking.

Key Responsibilities
Academic Responsibilities
- Teach Chemistry/Integrated Science to students of Grades VI–X as per the CBSE curriculum.
- Develop engaging lesson plans aligned with curriculum objectives and learning outcomes.
- Simplify complex scientific concepts through practical demonstrations and real-life applications.
- Conduct laboratory sessions while ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Foster scientific inquiry, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills among students.
- Prepare students for school assessments, practical examinations, and CBSE Board examinations (Grade X).
Laboratory Management
- Plan and supervise Chemistry practicals and experiments.
- Ensure safe handling, storage, and maintenance of laboratory chemicals and equipment.
- Maintain laboratory records, inventories, and safety documentation.
- Promote safe laboratory practices among students at all times.
Assessment & Evaluation
- Design worksheets, assignments, projects, and assessments.
- Evaluate answer scripts and provide timely, constructive feedback.
- Track individual student performance and implement remedial or enrichment strategies where required.
- Maintain accurate academic records, attendance, and progress reports.
Classroom Management
- Create a positive, disciplined, and inclusive learning environment.
- Integrate digital tools, simulations, and technology to enhance science learning.
- Encourage collaborative learning, scientific discussions, and project-based activities.
Student Development
- Mentor students in science fairs, Olympiads, exhibitions, quizzes, and innovation projects.
- Encourage environmental awareness and scientific temperament.
- Guide students in developing experimental and research skills.
Collaboration & School Responsibilities
- Work closely with fellow science faculty for interdisciplinary learning initiatives.
- Participate in curriculum planning, faculty meetings, workshops, and professional development programmes.
- Support school events, examinations, admissions, and co-curricular activities as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Chemistry or a related Science discipline from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. from a recognized institution.
- Strong understanding of the CBSE Science curriculum.
- Excellent communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and digital teaching tools.
Preferred Experience
- 2–5 years of teaching experience in a reputed CBSE school.
- Experience in conducting Chemistry practicals and laboratory management.
- Exposure to science exhibitions, Olympiads, and inquiry-based learning will be an added advantage.
