At Catawiki, every day brings something extraordinary. From rare collectibles to iconic memorabilia, millions of special objects pass through our marketplace. Behind the scenes, our Finance team helps keep everything running smoothly as we continue to grow internationally. We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Financial Accountant to join our Accounting & Reporting team. This role is ideal for someone with strong accounting fundamentals, a proactive mindset and the confidence to independently manage accounting responsibilities in an international and fast-moving environment. While this role is based in Portugal, you will work closely with our Finance team in the Netherlands and collaborate daily with stakeholders across the business. As Finance is not yet locally represented in Portugal, this is a role for someone who enjoys ownership, works well independently and feels comfortable operating in a highly collaborative remote setup. You won’t just process numbers; you’ll help strengthen the financial backbone behind millions of special objects while contributing to smarter and more scalable Finance processes.   What you’ll do You will become a trusted owner of selected accounting areas and help ensure Catawiki’s financial reporting remains accurate, reliable and scalable as the business continues to grow internationally. Beyond the month-end close, you’ll help strengthen processes, improve reporting quality and partner with stakeholders across Finance and the wider business to solve accounting and reporting challenges.
