This role focuses on translating operational and technical requirements into scalable, stable architectures across multiple IT stacks and transformation programmes. The role plays a critical part in ensuring high-quality delivery, operational readiness, and alignment with business outcomes. E2e knowledge of DE application landscape(Cable & FN stack must), Development (L3) experience, DevOps certified.What you’ll do Provide technical leadership to agile project teams across international and cross-functional environmentsOwn and manage the product backlog, including prioritisation and clear articulation of requirementsLead solution design, analysis, and implementation of operational and business requirements in complex IT environmentsAlign schedules and roadmaps with broader programme objectivesOversee the definition and execution of operational testing requirements in collaboration with Quality Assurance teamsEnsure the delivery of stable, scalable, and maintainable end-to-end IT solutionsCollaborate with internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors across multiple levelsPromote best practices, continuous improvement, and innovation within the teamCommunicate technical solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical audiencesWho you are Extensive experience in IT solution design, development, or project management within complex environmentsStrong understanding of IT architecture, infrastructure, databases, and cloud technologiesExperience with microservices, SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, and modern development practices such as CI/CDFamiliar with agile methodologies and frameworks (e.g. SAFe)Knowledge of IT service management (ITIL) and business processesProven experience leading diverse, technical project teamsSkilled in system analysis, problem-solving, and translating complex topics for varied audiencesProficient in tools such as Jira, Confluence, and standard office applicationsStrong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skillsFluent in English; additional language proficiency is beneficialNot a perfect fit?
