- Identify and target key customers, projects across India, and relevant Data Center Developers & Customers to meet or exceed business development objectives. Ensure that all budgetary proposals are aligned with business unit requirements, covering both technical specifications and commercial aspects, including pricing and contractual terms.
- Develop, plan, and execute a clear and effective sales strategy for Data Center applications in India, aligned with HUB and global sales objectives. Drive business development initiatives to expand market presence and strengthen the opportunity pipeline.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to promote Hitachi Energy’s technology, acquire new customers, and educate on EDGE strategies for existing ones, thereby establishing a sustainable and
- recurring opportunity / revenue stream. Define and implement winning strategies for key opportunities and assume the role of Capture Team Leader when required.
Targets:
- Define and drive key performance targets, including enquiry generation, project acquisition, pricing strategies, new vendor, partnerships with customers and vendors and portfolio mix, ensuring consistent achievement across assigned segments and markets. Establish detailed business strategies and sales plans, with regular monitoring and follow-up to track progress.
- Accelerate enquiry generation across targeted customers by identifying high-impact opportunities. Set competitive target pricing and develop robust winning strategies for key focus projects to maximize success rates.
Market Analysis:
- Leverage operational intelligence through systematic benchmarking and detailed market analysis to identify best-in-class processes, equipment, and automation practices. Translate insights into actionable improvements to enhance efficiency, competitiveness, and overall business performance.
Marketing:
Ensure that Hitachi Energy’s value proposition for the Data Center segment is clearly defined and effectively
