Roles & Responsibilities: Develop, validate, and maintain ICT and FCT test solutions for Laptop PCBAs. Support testing activities during NPI and mass production. Analyze test failures and perform root cause analysis in coordination with Design, Process, and Quality teams. Debug PCBA failures using schematics, BOM, and test reports. Improve test coverage, first-pass yield (FPY), and overall production efficiency. Troubleshoot ICT/FCT fixtures, test programs, and hardware issues. Coordinate with customers and cross-functional teams to resolve testing-related concerns. Prepare and maintain test procedures, work instructions, and technical documentation. Monitor test yield, defect trends, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Support engineering changes (ECN/ECO) and product transfers. Ensure adherence to ESD, quality, and safety standards. Job Requirement B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or a related field. 4–8 years of experience in EMS/PCBA Testing. Strong knowledge of PCBA Testing, ICT, and FCT. Experience in Laptop PCBA testing and debugging. Hands-on experience with ICT, FCT, and Laptop PCBA testing in a high-volume manufacturing environment. Apply Now
