With more than 89,000 employees, we operate a network of more than 2,600 offices and laboratories around the world.Job DescriptionPositions Open: Administrative AssistantKey ResponsibilitiesManage job creation, invoicing, and purchase orders using internal systems.Maintain and update databases, pricing information, and digital records.Support proposal and tender preparation by coordinating documentation and ensuring timely submissions.Monitor invoices and coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing or administrative issues.Prepare reports and maintain accurate documentation.Provide administrative support to the team and collaborate with internal stakeholders.Perform other administrative duties as assigned.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint).Good command of English (B2+ or equivalent).Previous administrative experience is preferred.Experience with Salesforce and LinkedIn is an advantage. ​​​​​​​Data AnalystKey ResponsibilitiesRegister samples, enter job information, and validate operational data in LIMS and related systems for laboratory testing activities.Perform data entry, data verification, record maintenance, and data cleanup to ensure accuracy and consistency.Prepare and review laboratory reports, ensuring completeness and accuracy of test data.Support billing activities, including invoice preparation, payment reconciliation, and client follow-up.Assist sales support activities through quotation preparation, CRM updates, and client data management.Maintain accurate records for samples, customer information, reports, and operational data.Apply knowledge of petroleum laboratory processes, terminology, and workflows gained through relevant industry experience.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Science, Business, Data Management, or related field preferred.Prior work experience in petroleum testing laboratories, oil & gas industry, or related laboratory operations is highly preferred.Experience handling petroleum sample data, laboratory documentation, test records, or LIMS systems is advantageous.Familiarity with laboratory workflows, quality requirements, and technical reporting processes.Strong attention to detail with good analytical and organizational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and quality standards. QualificationsEmail Marketing and Webinar SpecialistKey ResponsibilitiesExecute and optimize email marketing campaigns, automation workflows, segmentation, and customer journeys.Manage end-to-end campaign delivery, including email builds, QA testing, deployment, reporting, and performance analysis.Build emails using marketing automation platforms (e.g., Eloqua), manage contact data, and maintain data quality.Conduct A/B testing, analyze campaign results, and provide insights to improve performance.Ensure compliance with SGS data privacy, governance, and quality standards.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).2–4 years’ experience with marketing automation platforms such as Eloqua, HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.Experience in email campaign development, automation workflows, segmentation, and lead management.Knowledge of HTML email editing, QA processes, A/B testing, and campaign reporting.Strong English communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects independently. Technical Report Editor – E-bike/Bicycle...
