Main Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll operations for all entities, covering approximately 2,200 employees, including:
- Coordinate with Payroll Coordinators and external Payroll Vendor to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing.
- Oversee Personal Income Tax (PIT) administration and compliance.
- Manage statutory insurance processes, including Social Insurance, Health Insurance, and Unemployment Insurance.
- Review and continuously improve payroll-related policies, processes, and controls to enhance operational effectiveness and compliance.
- Support employee benefits administration and related programs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to payroll, taxation, insurance, and benefits.
Minimum Background / Experience Required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Payroll and Compensation & Benefits.
- Strong knowledge of Vietnamese labor law, Personal Income Tax (PIT), and statutory insurance regulations.
- Experience working with payroll vendors and managing payroll operations for a large employee population is preferred.
- Good command of English, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate results within tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated continuous improvement mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Adaptable and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
