Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
This candidate will be responsible for the etch module for flash memory technology development and manufacturing. The candidate is expected to drive dry-etch process development and module integration in a global, collaborative environment
Main responsibilities:
* Enable flash memory technology development success and manufacturing excellence
* Dry etch process development and module integration
* Technology transfer – etch module
* Work with integration engineers to enable integration flow development and optimization, identify and eliminate process defect sources
* Design and execute experiments; interpret and extract insightful results from complex data sets to implement solutions in a timely manner
* Potentially expanded to full integration
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
* Master's or higher degree in Electrical Engineering, or Materials Science
* Minimum 5 years of semiconductor industry experience in dry etch process development
* Industry experience in memory or logic technology etch module integration
* Good communication skills and a team player to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
* Must be self-motivated and take ownership of solving issues
