The Principal Operational Readiness Engineer will serve as a senior technical leader responsible for stabilizing and driving execution of complex data center projects across CoreWeave’s infrastructure portfolio.About The RoleThis role is focused on design compliance, operational readiness, and cross-functional coordination across all phases of design, construction, commissioning, fit-out, and operational handoff. The Principal Operational Readiness Engineer will perform deep operational and technical reviews of projects to identify gaps in process execution, design validation, construction coordination, turnover readiness, and quality assurance practices. You will evaluate whether critical infrastructure systems, construction activities, commissioning efforts, and operational handoff procedures are being executed in accordance with project requirements, standards, and best practices.
