Known for its exceptional standards, the company was named the number one National Teleradiology company by KLAS in 2011. Hiring: Clinical Quality Manager We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our Teleradiology/dAIx QA team as a Clinical Quality ManagerKey Responsibilities:• Manage daily QA operations and guide the QA team• Oversee radiology quality workflows, discrepancy tracking, and report reviews• Coordinate AI-assisted radiology QA activities and project follow-ups• Ensure timely closure of QA tasks, escalations, and documentation• Collaborate with radiologists, operations, and technical teams• Support training, workflow improvements, and process complianceRequirementsRequired Skills:3 plus years of Experience in Healthcare Quality Assurance (QA), Analytics.Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting QA metrics, KPIs, and healthcare data.Analyze QA metrics, discrepancy trends, TAT performance, and operational KPIsGenerate dashboards, reports, and quality insights for management reviewPrior experience in teleradiology, radiology operations , PACS/RIS.Team management and stakeholder coordination skillsExcellent communication, documentation, and follow-up abilitiesStrong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare complianceKnowledge of AI-assisted radiology workflows is an added advantage Preferred Profile:Experience in Healthcare QA with strong analytics exposureExposure to AI-assisted healthcare workflows is an added advantagePMP / PgMP / Agile certification preferred I'm interested
