Partnerships ManagerJob type: Full Time · Department: Partnerships · Work type: RemoteMexico Job detailsApplication formAbout the Role:The Partnerships & Alliances role is a hands-on position with strategic responsibility across LATAM, focused on building, onboarding, and scaling CleverTap’s partner ecosystem to drive indirect revenue and long-term growth.In LATAM, this person will actively develop and manage solution partnerships with agencies and resellers. Responsibilities include identifying and recruiting potential resellers, onboarding and enabling partners, identifying joint opportunities and supporting co-selling motions.What will you do:Scale the reseller and solution partner channel in LATAM, including partner identification, recruitment, onboarding and enablement;Track partner performance and continuously optimize partnerships based on business and revenue impact.Scale CleverTap’s reseller and solution partner ecosystem across LATAM, including partner identification, recruitment, onboarding and enablement;Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, serving as their primary point of contact for day-to-day needs and initiatives;Develop and execute joint business plans with partners, including pipeline generation, revenue targets, enablement and go-to-market activities;Track partner performance and continuously optimize partnerships based on business and revenue impact;Support partners throughout the sales cycle, connecting them with the appropriate internal teams and resources;Coordinate partner training and certification programs to ensure strong product knowledge and implementation capabilities;Work closely with Sales to identify co-selling opportunities, facilitate account mapping and increase partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline;Collaborate with Marketing on joint campaigns, events, webinars and other partner-led demand-generation initiatives;Maintain accurate partner, opportunity and performance data in internal systems, preparing regular reports and business reviews;Coordinate partner agreements, commercial processes and operational requirements in collaboration with Legal, Finance and Sales Operations;Gather partner and market feedback to identify opportunities to improve the partner experience, program structure and regional strategy;Represent the Partnerships team in internal meetings and partner-facing activities across LATAM.What are we looking for?Experience 3–5 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in Partnerships, Alliances, Channel, or Business Development in an agency, SAAS or technology industry;Strong hands-on execution mindset being comfortable building partnerships from zero to one;Solid understanding of indirect sales models, including resellers and implementation-led deals;Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally;Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and taking ownership end to end.Why join us?-Contribute to a product backed by 11 technology patents, showcasing industry-leading innovation.-You are passionate about technology and its impact on the high-growth mobile technology space-Power personalized engagement at scale, processing over 30 billion events daily and reaching 3+ billion devices worldwide.-Flourish in an Environment that Nurtures Growth and CuriosityLearn MoreGet to know us better before you apply!Check out our product documentation, blog, and customer stories to see how we work and what we value.CleverAIBlogsRedefining Customer Engagement in the AI EraTesseractDB™CleverTap Product DemoAbout CleverTap:CleverTap is the world’s leading AI-first, all-in-one customer engagement and retention platform, redefining how brands build lasting customer relationships in the Agentic era.
