Medical Lab Technician / Medical Lab Scientist - Banner Ironwood (Night Shift)

Role responsibilities

Perform accurate clinical laboratory testing, including startup, calibration, and maintenance of instrumentation. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as CLIA, CAP, and OSHA while managing specimen collection and processing.

Requirements

Requires a Bachelor's degree in medical laboratory science or a related biological science for MLS roles, or an Associate degree for MLT roles. Certification (ASCP, AMT, etc.) and phlebotomy competency are preferred or required depending on the specific position.
