Eurofins companies offer a portfolio of over 200,000 analytical methods to evaluate the safety, identity, composition, authenticity, origin, traceability and purity of biological substances and products.In 2024, Eurofins generated total revenues of EUR 6.95 billion; and has been among the best performing stocks in Europe over the past 20 years.Job DescriptionTITLE: Principal Software Engineer (Dynamics 365 Finance & Operation (D365 F&O)) WORKING LOCATION: Bangalore, India   ROLE OVERVIEW:Eurofins Genomics is seeking a Principal Software Engineer experienced (7+ years) on Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) and preferably someone who also has experience working with third party vendors to provide support for the existing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations environment.The role will serve as the key liaison between Eurofins Genomics, internal stakeholders, and the external vendor until the migration to the centralized D365 solution is fully completed. The role requires strong functional and technical understanding of D365 F&O, excellent stakeholder management skills, and prior experience coordinating with third-party vendors and service providers.Key Responsibilities:Provide functional and technical support for the existing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations environment, including configuration analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause identificationAnalyze and resolve issues related to core D365 F&O modulesAct as the primary liaison between Eurofins Genomics and the vendorCoordinate and monitor incident resolution, system changes, and enhancement requestsSupport business users in finance, procurement, inventory, and supply chain functionsAnalyze business and technical requirementsCoordinate with third-party vendors to design, test, and deploy system changes, hotfixes, and enhancementsMonitor and support integrations between D365 F&O and surrounding applications, including data imports/exports, APIs, and middleware interfacesReview and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, interface specifications, and support proceduresProvide technical guidance to business users and internal IT teams on system capabilities, limitations, and best practices.Required Skills & Experience:Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O)Solid understanding of finance, procurement, inventory, and supply chain modulesProven experience working with third-party vendors and support partnersExcellent stakeholder management and communication...
