Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, administer, and support enterprise middleware platforms.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability.
  • Perform middleware upgrades, patching, deployments, and maintenance activities.
  • Support application deployments and work closely with infrastructure and development teams.
  • Maintain system security, documentation, and operational best practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Middleware Administration.
  • Hands-on experience with one or more middleware platforms such as WebLogic, WebSphere, JBoss, Apache Tomcat, IIS, or Oracle HTTP Server.
  • Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix and Windows environments.
  • Experience with scripting (Shell, Python, or PowerShell) and automation is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD, monitoring tools, and ITIL processes.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Banking or financial services experience is preferred.
