About Revin
At Revin, our mission is to bring superintelligence to the built world. Millions of operators across Home Services, Construction, and Remodeling have been overlooked by the last wave of technology. We believe AI is the most transformational platform change in history, but the hard work lies in thoughtful, context-aware applications of this technology to the real world.
Revin provides operators with an end-to-end system of intelligence to automate and scale revenue. Our modular suite of products includes Scheduling, Appointment Management, Membership Management, Inside Sales, Revenue Capture, Marketing, and Funnel Optimization.
Today, over $2.3B in revenue runs on Revin, making us the number one AI partner for enterprise operators. Our customers include Sears Home Services ($800M), Astara Capital ($700M), Del Air ($150M), Long Home Remodeling ($150M), ImproveIt Remodeling ($100M), Sage Home ($80M), and more. We have raised $10M from top investors including Stellation Capital, 1Sharpe, Gokul Rajaram, Russ Heddleston, Michael Werner, Tandem, Max Branzburg, and Marc Bhargava.
About the Role
We are hiring our first finance hire to build the finance function of Revin from the ground up. You will work directly with our VP of Operations and leadership to own the numbers that run the company: the model, the forecast, and every dollar that moves in or out.
This is a founding, hands-on role. You will build the model and also close the books. You will set the forecast and also chase the invoice. There is no team beneath you on day one, you are the team, and you will design the systems and hire against them as we scale.
The honest pitch: we are handing you the financial operating system of a company that is about to get much bigger, much faster. If you want to own finance end-to-end at a company on a steep curve, and turn a spreadsheet into the infrastructure a board runs on, this is the seat.
What You Will Do
Own the financial model. Build and maintain the model that leadership and the board run the business on. Own the forecast, defend every assumption, and keep the model honest as reality moves.
Run the close. Own month-end close end-to-end: accruals, reconciliations, and clean, on-time financials leadership can trust. Design the close process so it gets faster every month, not slower.
Own billing and AR. Own the full order-to-cash cycle: invoicing, collections, and revenue integrity. Every dollar that should come in, comes in, on time, and ties out.
Drive planning and capital strategy. Own burn, runway, and scenario planning. Build the dashboards and board materials that turn raw numbers into decisions, and partner on fundraising when the time comes.
Run ROI and unit economics. Be the analytical partner to the business: pricing, gross margin, CAC and payback, cohort economics, and the ROI case behind every major spend and product bet.
Build the finance operating system. Stand up the tooling, controls, and cadences a real finance function needs. Kill manual work, automate the recurring, and write the playbooks the next finance hires will run on.
Who You Are
4–8 years of experience across FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, or a founding finance role at a high-growth startup, with real hands-on ownership of modeling, close, and reporting
Someone with top-tier education in a highly selective and academically rigorous environment and/or experience at top-performing SaaS or AI companies. Advanced degrees are a plus.
A builder who can go from a blank spreadsheet to a board-ready model, and who is equally comfortable owning the unglamorous work: the close, the reconciliation, the collections call
Exceptional with numbers. You build financial models from scratch, defend every assumption, and present to a board without flinching
Fluent in the finance stack. Deep in Excel or Google Sheets, comfortable in accounting and billing systems, and a bonus if you can write SQL, Python, or use tools like Claude and ChatGPT to pull your own data without waiting on engineering
A bias toward action. You ship a rough v1, learn from it, and iterate, rather than wait for permission or the perfect process
An ambitious builder who wants to own a function, not a task, and help build a generational company
Don't Work Here If
You wait for instructions instead of taking initiative
You want a safe, predictable 9-5. Expect 50+ hour work weeks. We are looking for fanatics who do not turn off. We are constantly chasing excellence, if that is not your goal, please do not apply.
You are not excited about being part of a team applying AI into the built world. There will be no playbook, if you want a well-trodden path, this is not the role for you.
You only want to build models and never touch the close, the billing, or the collections. This role owns the whole function, top to bottom.
