Full-time Metzingen from today   Your mission & challenges As Project Manager – NeuraGym Global Roll-out, you own the end-to-end delivery of new NeuraGym locations. From the moment a location is identified, you drive every step — lease negotiations, equipment procurement, site fit-out, IT/infrastructure setup, and go-live handover — ensuring each gym is fully operational within 6-months. You will coordinate across internal teams (Real Estate, Procurement, Engineering, Operations, Sales) and external partners (leasing companies, contractors, equipment suppliers) to deliver 2 gyms in Q2 2026 and scale to 5, 8, and beyond in subsequent quarters. Drive location decisions: evaluate candidate sites within 200km commitment radius from anchor enterprise partners, coordinate due diligence, and finalize selection within the 2-month decision window. Lead lease negotiations: work with leasing providers and legal to agree terms aligned with the NEURA SPV sale-and-lease-back model (36-month contracts). Manage equipment orders: coordinate procurement of robots (4NE1 humanoids, MiPA, MAiRA, MAV+, Quadruped), server/IT infrastructure, and general gym equipment against delivery timelines.
