This position oversees core administrative and operational activities, including governance. A key focus is on managing site performance and support strategic objectives.The role requires strong business acumen, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills to ensure alignment between global and local teams. The Business Associate partners with leadership to provide insights and enhance site efficiency. Additionally, the role leads and supports cross-functional initiatives and ad hoc projects, ensuring timely execution and measurable outcomes.
