负责PQ系列大功率集中式UPS为主的数据中心供配电产品现场售后与技术支持工作，涵盖UPS开机调试、现场维修、技术对接与问题闭环。同时支持模块化UPS及微模块数据中心（MDC）一体化解决方案，作为数据中心电力撬块集成项目的现场售后服务技术负责人和总协调人，承担复杂项目和重大事件的技术责任。- 工作地点：江苏常州（常驻）.- 根据项目安排，需频繁出差至各数据中心或关键客户现场，参与安装、调试、送电、故障处理及重大事件支持. - 非出差期间，负责技术准备、方案评审、问题复盘及跨部门技术对接。提供PQ大功率集中式UPS系统的安装指导、开机调试、维护保养、紧急维修和技术支持，典型应用场景包括数据中心2N / N+1架构。支持模块化UPS及微模块数据中心（MDC）解决方案，理解UPS、配电、监控等子系统的一体化架构，并完成现场技术衔接。牵头处理重大现场事件和复杂疑难问题，组织技术资源完成故障定位、根因分析（RCA）、纠正与预防措施，并输出正式分析报告。作为服务部门与质量、研发、ETO之间的技术接口窗口，反馈现场失效模式、产品问题及客户需求，推动持续改进与产品竞争力提升。作为数据中心电力撬块集成项目的现场总协调人，统筹UPS、400V低压开关柜、10kV中压开关柜及相关系统的技术接口与现场协作。通过案例总结、培训与技术支持，提升服务执行团队的整体技术能力和项目执行水平。Qualifications:
- 本科及以上学历，电力电子、电气工程及其自动化、自动化等相关专业；- 5年及以上UPS现场技术支持或售后服务经验，能够独立承担大功率UPS系统的调试、维修与故障分析；- 熟悉数据中心供配电系统及2N / N+1供电架构，具备集中式UPS项目经验；- 持有有效的高压电工操作证（10kV或以上），满足数据中心及中压系统现场合规要求；- 具备良好的客户沟通能力、跨部门协调能力及技术文档编制能力；- 熟悉数据中心相关标准规范，如GB 50174、TIA-942、GB11022、GB3906、GB7251.12等，以及对应IEC标准。加分项：具备模块化UPS或微模块数据中心项目交付或运维经验.熟悉400V低压开关柜及10kV中压开关柜的基础原理、接口和典型应用场景.具备工程支持、产品应用工程或复杂项目技术负责人经验。About UsEaton is an intelligent power management company dedicated to protecting the environment and improving the quality of life for people everywhere.
