Skills and Competencies5–8+ years of experience in insurance, actuarial consulting, or financial reporting systems, with a strong track record in client-facing rolesStrong knowledge of IFRS 17 standards, actuarial valuation processes, and financial reporting workflowsProven experience managing complex stakeholder relationships across actuarial, finance, and executive levelsStrong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across global and multicultural teamsExcellent analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to translate complex technical requirements into practical solutionsExperience leading or supporting software implementations, onboarding, and user adoption initiativesDemonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency. Proven ability to implement AI-powered solutions to solve business challenges.
