Experience of years: 9 to 15 years Key Responsibilities: AWS Infrastructure ManagementDesign and manage AWS infrastructure using Terraform (or similar IaC tools).Ensure scalability, security, and cost-effectiveness across AWS resources. o Apply best practices for networking, IAM, and security configurations.EKS Infrastructure & Add-onsAutomate provisioning and lifecycle management using Terraform and Kubernetes operators.Configure and maintain essential EKS add-ons (e.g., AWS Load Balancer Controller, Cluster AutoScaler, External DNS).Implement RBAC, IAM roles, and policies to ensure cluster governance and security.Kubernetes & ContainerizationCreate and maintain Helm charts for Kubernetes-based applications.Optimize Dockerfiles and container build pipelines.Follow Kubernetes best practices for deployment, scaling, and security.CI/CD & MonitoringBuild and maintain CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure testing and deployments.Integrate observability tools such as AWS CloudWatch, Prometheus, and Grafana.Infrastructure Optimization & MaintenanceContinuously improve system reliability, performance, and scalability, including existing scripts and pipelines.Write production-grade scripts in Python / Go / Bash for automation.Apply FinOps best practices for resource rightsizing and cost control.
