- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to drive project success.
- Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact on deliverables.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Project Management.
- Strong capability in applying project management methodologies and frameworks to ensure consistent delivery.
- Experience in utilizing project management tools for scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking.
- Ability to analyze project metrics and generate reports to inform stakeholders and guide decision-making.
- Skilled in risk management and problem-solving to address challenges proactively.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholder expectations.
