To support the growth of our activities, we are strengthening our accounting team based in Brussels.
What will you do:
Your main mission will be as follows:
- Verification and entry of invoices and expense reports;
- Preparation of supplier payments;
- Bank reconciliations;
- Preparation of the monthly French payroll journals;
- Participation in periodic accounting closings;
- Completing the Year-End audit for France, and participation for all other branches;
- One-off financial analysis;
- Contribution to the drafting and updating of accounting and administrative procedures;
- Support for projects related to the evolution of our internal tool;
- Participation in the preparation of VAT returns;
- Participation in the consolidation of subsidiaries.
What do you bring:
- You have a university / bachelor degree in accounting or corporate finance,
- You are familiar with the BEGAAP and essentially FRGAAP standards,
- Experience in French VAT,
- A first experience in a similar position is a plus,
- You are proficient in the Microsoft Office suite - especially Excel,
- You are fluent in English and French,
- You are organized, precise and rigorous,
- You are a real "team player".
