Role responsibilities
The associate assists printing press operators by staging materials, mixing inks, and performing basic setup and maintenance on flexographic presses. They are also responsible for plate mounting, quality control of raw materials, and maintaining a clean production environment.
Requirements
Candidates should be detail-oriented, able to follow standard work instructions, and possess a working knowledge of Microsoft Office. The role requires the physical ability to lift up to 45 lbs and perform various manual tasks in a warehouse setting.
