Core Banking Delivery Lead

THE WORK:

Join us as a Core Banking Delivery Lead and play a pivotal role in driving large-scale banking transformation initiatives. In this role, you will leverage your deep industry expertise to lead the delivery of complex technology solutions, influence strategic decisions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create business value.

As a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, you will help organizations modernize their banking platforms, optimize operations, and accelerate innovation while ensuring alignment between business objectives and technology strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of Core Banking transformation programs and technology initiatives.
• Define and implement solutions that align with business goals and operational needs.
• Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for optimization and modernization.
• Provide strategic and technical guidance to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with business, technology, and leadership teams to ensure successful outcomes.
• Manage delivery risks, dependencies, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
• Drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, and business value realization.
• Support organizational change initiatives associated with technology transformations.

HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• Proven expertise in Core Banking platforms, processes, and transformations.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in banking technology, delivery management, or related consulting roles.
• Experience leading complex delivery programs within the financial services industry.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
