This role integrates sales pipeline inputs, client requirements, and pricing frameworks into actionable deal structures and insights that support revenue growth and margin performance. This role partners closely with Sales, Finance (FP&A), Product, and Operations to drive data-informed pricing decisions, deal governance, and financial visibility. The role supports key sales operations processes, tools, and analytics that impact revenue realization, pricing consistency, and profitability outcomes.What You’ll Do:Revenue Forecasting & PlanningSupport revenue forecasting processes by providing deal-level insights and pricing assumptionsTranslate deal activity into forecast inputs and revenue timingAlign pipeline expectations with pricing and revenue assumptionsBudgeting, Expense Management & Financial DisciplineSupport financial planning through deal and pricing analysisIdentify variances between expected and actual outcomesMaintain alignment between pricing, revenue, and margin expectationsCosting, Pricing & Margin ManagementBuild pricing models and ACV calculationsSupport price structure evaluation and adherence to guidelinesIdentify pricing leakage and margin risksSupport pricing, deal modeling, and forecasting inputs to improve pricing consistency, deal quality, and margin visibilitySales Operations Tools & EnablementMaintain pricing tools, templates, and modelsSupport reporting and dashboards for pricing performanceContribute to scalable pricing and quoting capabilities by leveraging AIWhat You’ll Bring to Zelis:10 years of experience in Sales Operations, Finance, FP&A, or Commercial FinanceBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fieldExperience in US healthcare or related industry preferredSolid financial modeling and analytical skillsFamiliarity with pricing strategy and deal economicsComfortable adopting AI-enabled tools to improve analytical efficiency, reporting, and pricing decision support across the organization.Please note at this time we are unable to...
