Our mission is to build India’s most trusted precision health platform by delivering tailored health solutions that drive measurable outcomes.Role OverviewWe are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join Sova Health's creative team. In this role, you will design compelling, on-brand visual assets across digital, social, performance marketing, and brand communication channels. You will play a key role in translating campaign ideas and health narratives into visually engaging creatives that capture attention, communicate effectively, and drive meaningful consumer action.The ideal candidate has a strong design sensibility, experience in performance marketing creatives, and the ability to maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints. You will collaborate closely with copywriters, marketers, and healthcare experts to build impactful campaigns that strengthen Sova Health's position as India's most trusted precision health platform.ResponsibilitiesDesign creatives for Meta ads, social media, paid campaigns, websites, emailers, and marketing collateral. Create static and motion-led visual assets that align with the brand identity. Develop campaign concepts and visual storytelling frameworks. Work closely with copywriters and marketers to bring ideas to life. Ensure consistency across all visual touchpoints. Stay updated with design trends, platform requirements, and industry best practices. Requirements2–4 years of graphic design experience. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma. Strong portfolio showcasing social media, branding, and performance marketing work. Understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects. Experience with healthcare, wellness, or D2C brands is preferred.
