Generative AI is rapidly emerging as a critical threat vector and Concentric AI is rising to meet the challenge with two acquisitions. Key Responsibilities: Product architecture graspingUnderstand product requirements and create test scenarios and test cases (technical + non technical example).Execute functional, regression, and integration tests.Identify, log, and track defects through resolution and understands Priority vs Severity.Ensure adequate test coverage across releases.Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to drive test scenarios, defect fixing and defect reproduction.Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and reviews.Contribute to automation initiatives where possible.Maintain clear test documentation and execution reports.Contribute to performance and scalability testing (good to have).Work in an Agile environment, participating in sprint planning and continuous integration cycles. Required Skills & Experience: 2–12 years of experience in software testing / QA.Strong skills in test case design and manual testing.Experience with defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Bugzilla, CDETS etc.).Good understanding of SDLC/STLC and testing techniques.Strong analytical and communication skills. Nice to Have: Experience with test automation tools (pytest).Basic programming/scripting knowledge (Python, Unix).Experience with API testing (Postman, RestAssured).Familiarity with Agile development environments.
