You’ll work across channels and ensure that experimentation becomes a core capability of our Marketing team.You’ll also play a key role in shaping how we use our CMS as a growth lever, enabling fast and effective iteration of our web experience.Beyond running experiments, you will be responsible for translating learnings into real business impact — identifying scalable opportunities, aligning stakeholders, and driving cross-functional initiatives through to implementation.This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building, testing, and learning fast — and just as importantly, turning insights into tangible change at scale. You’ll work closely with CRM, Content, Design, Paid, and Product teams to continuously generate and implement learnings that improve our core business KPIs.How you’ll be hosting with heart:Own the experimentation strategy and roadmap to drive direct and repeat bookings across the customer journeyDesign, lead and implement cross-channel experiments (web, CRM, Paid, on-site), from hypothesis to evaluationLeverage and evolve the CMS to rapidly build, test, and optimize landing pages and web experiencesEstablish clear frameworks for experiment design, measurement, and decision-makingTranslate experiment results into scalable initiatives and drive their end-to-end implementation across teamsAlign and influence stakeholders, acting as project owner to ensure initiatives are executed effectivelyJob requirementsWhat you need to shoot for the stars:5+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, CRO, Product Marketing, or similarProven track record of running and scaling impactful experiments across web and marketing channelsStrong expertise in conversion optimization, user behavior, and funnel analysisHands-on experience with CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress, Webflow, or similar), with the ability to independently build and iterateSolid understanding of experimentation methodologies (A/B testing, incrementality, attribution limits)Ability to turn ambiguous problems into structured experiments and actionable roadmapsExperience driving cross-functional initiatives from insight to implementationStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, with high ownership and a pragmatic, impact-focused mindsetWe're designed to stay because: Hybrid Office Model: We offer a flexible and empowering work environment - you can choose to work 100% from our office or partially from home and the office.Visa & Language Support: We’ll support you during your visa process and with learning German on every language level after passing your probation period.Relocation Support: We'll financially support your move to Munich if you live further away than 300km from our office.
